JMF & Co is a corporate business development firm with three primary business segments: business development, corporate development, and principal sponsor activities. We help clients and partners grow revenues, expand profits, and achieve liquidity.
Business Development: For our clients, we build pipelines of new customers and business partners while expanding the current base. We actively reach out on behalf of senior management and establish new relationships, we perform follow-up activity, and assist in presentation management, writing, and rehearsals. We create plans that result in immediate action and help clients manage results with CRM solutions, evaluate reasons for wins/losses, execute plans to improve conversion (win) rates, collaborate with internal functional groups, and help negotiate and close business deals.
Corporate Development: We assist in the recruitment of new management team members, establish relationships with strategic business partners, identify acquisition candidates, secure financing, and help build intellectual property assets. We also provide support for strategic initiatives such competitive intelligence, and product/service portfolio analysis.
Private Equity: In transactions we act as principal and focus on operational improvements. We draw on our close relationships with managers of over $1 billion in private equity. We also partner with management teams interested in management buy-outs and empower them with our sources of capital while supporting them in the development and execution of strategic growth plans.
