Business Development
We grow revenues for clients by attracting new customers and helping penetrate existing markets. We do this by actively building pipelines. We perform follow-up activity, and assist in presentation writing, and rehearsals. We create plans that result in immediate action and we help clients manage results with CRM solutions. We evaluate reasons for wins/losses, execute plans to improve conversion (win) rates, collaborate with internal functional groups, and help negotiate and close business deals.
In addition, we help clients:
- design customized customer target, pursuit and tracking plans.
- generate leads for possible sales in new and existing markets.
- develop strategic-channel relationships.

Our team can function as interim or outsourced development executives helping clients evaluate opportunities, address inbound inquiries, establish partnerships, and help negotiate partnership agreements. We help clients align product development processes with new partnership agreements by collaborating with our client's product, engineering, and marketing teams on new product incubation, product development processes, and licensing and distribution strategies.
Independent Sponsor
In transactions we act as principal and sponsor. We identify opportunities, assemble management teams, organize capital partners, execute transactions, and stay on as advisors to build the business. Our mission is to build fundamentally sound companies and increase their long-term value. To this end, we employ growth strategies that include product/service extensions, geographic expansion, and follow-on acquisitions, among others.
Activities we perform as an independent sponsor:
- Source and evaluate potential opportunities;
- Prepare and negotiate letters of intent;
- Arrange equity sponsorship from established capital partners;
- Secure debt necessary for the opportunity;
- Recruit a management team to run the company;
- Perform and coordinate due diligence efforts with equity sponsor(s);
- Coordinate the closing of the acquisition; and
- Provide ongoing support to management and equity sponsor(s)
